For Testosterone Replacement Therapy
You’ll complete an initial questionnaire to assess eligibility. If appropriate, we’ll issue a bloodwork requisition to a local lab such as LifeLabs or Dynacare. Once your results are in, you’ll meet virtually with a Nurse Practitioner to review your results and discuss treatment options.

For ED/PE treatment
A licensed Nurse Practitioner reviews your health assessment and may communicate with you through secure messaging. A prescription may be issued if clinically appropriate. A phone or video consultation may be required in some cases.

Yes. Eligible Founding Members receive an introductory rate of $99 every three months, equivalent to $33 per month. The rate remains protected while the membership is continuously active and in good standing.
